Which jar size should I start with?
For a first try, choose the smallest format offered on the care page: it lets you test the texture and scent before adopting a more generous jar for everyday use.
The texture has melted or hardened — is that normal?
Yes, this is perfectly normal: high heat softens the texture without altering its quality (refrigeration is fine).
Conservation
How do I store my care, especially in summer?
Keep your jars in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct light. During hot spells, a short stay in the fridge helps preserve the texture's hold.
